Dan Siegel
Managing Member

Dan began his career more than 30 years ago, both as an attorney and as a real estate developer. Simultaneous with the initiation of his legal career, Dan began investing in commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily. His interests as Managing Member now encompass approximately 6,000 units. Dan owns, and IRG manages, apartment units throughout North Eastern Ohio, with communities in Cuyahoga, Lorain, Summit, Portage, Geauga, Trumbull, and Lake Counties. As owner/manager Dan has been creating cash flow and value by way of proper management techniques, remodeling, and development of multifamily communities. Dan received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Miami of Ohio, a Law degree from the Cleveland Marshall School of Law, and worked on his Master's in Engineering at Cleveland State.

Richard Brown
Managing Member

Richard's early career was spent in public accounting with a big six firm followed by nearly 30 years in financial & operational oversight and ownership in Managed Care and Real Estate in the multifamily sector. He received a B.S. Business degree with Distinction from Indiana University. Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing).

Joyce Emerick
Chief Operating Officer

Joyce has over 25 years’ experience managing multi-family properties and possesses a proven track record of driving top line revenue, building engaging teams, developing and mentoring associates, as well as enhancing the customer service experience for residents. She earned her ARM and CPM from IREM, received a Housing Credit College Diploma from Elizabeth Moreland, and she has an Advancing Manager Certificate with Case Western Reserve University. During her years in property management, Joyce received several awards including the Accountability Core Value Award and Star Performer Award from Forest City Residential Management, Women of Professional Achievement Award from YWCA, and a Prospect Survey Exceptional Service Portfolio Award from J. Turner Research. She served on the Board of Directors at The Village of Beachwood Association from 2014 – 2018 and served as President of the Homeowners Association at Tanglewood Greene from 2010 – 2019.

Susan Anderson
Director of Human Resources

Susan is a creative and results-oriented human resources professional with proven skills in problem-solving, leadership and planning. Her areas of expertise include employee and labor relations, performance and risk management, as well as recruitment and retention. She has been in human resource management for over 20 years including experience in retail, healthcare, television, higher education and high tech. Susan volunteered with Greyhound Adoption of Ohio for more than 14 years as the adoption coordinator and volunteer coordinator for Canine Fun Days. In her time at GAO, she placed more than 1500 retired racing greyhounds.

Jeff Gold
Director of Marketing and Revenue Management

Jeff brings over 25 years of multifamily experience ranging from directing revenue management for two publicly traded multifamily operators to directing marketing for multiple portfolios of communities, and 6 years as a Regional Manager for a REIT with operational oversight of communities and teams in multiple markets.

Rhiana Duncan
Regional Director

Rhiana Duncan has 15 years of combined experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Real Estate, and the Multifamily industry, respectively. She began her career in property management as a Leasing Consultant; she then was promoted to Assistant Property Manager, then onto Property Manager eventually moving into the Regional level role. Rhiana currently provides oversight for nine properties, consisting of 1,800 apartment homes across Northeast Ohio.

Lynn Moran
Regional Director

Lynn has over 25 years in the property management industry including multifamily and asset management. She gained firsthand knowledge of the challenges and corresponding best practices across many levels of property management by advancing from onsite management to multi-site management throughout her career.

Chris Miller
Regional Director

Chris brings 16 years of property management experience at increasing levels of responsibility with Integrity Realty Group, and has been instrumental in developing the Kent Apartments brand over that time. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University in 2004 and has continued to be a presence on campus and supporting the athletics of the Golden Flashes. Chris has proven himself to be a problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder, and leader as he has grown with the company. With those talents his teams within the Kent Apartments portfolio have consistently exceeded goals. Chris currently provides oversight for five communities, consisting of 850 apartment homes in the Kent Apartments portfolio.
